We offer free shipping on all products.  All customers will receive conformation of shipping via the email address they provide at checkout. Arcanatura ships through standard USPS priority 1-3 day shipping exclusively to customers in the United States. Orders are usually shipped the following business day after purchase. See our return policy for any products received damaged during shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at shipping@arcanatura.com

Arcanatura has put in place various procedural, technical and administrative measures to try to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Customer payment is not saved by our processing servers, it is passed directly on to our payment processors Authorize.net, Paypal, or GoogleCheckout. The firewall meets recognized industry standards. a) Shipping charges are non-refundable.

b) Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit.

c) All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials.

d) Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.

e) Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of the invoice or the return will be refused. All returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.

f) All credits will be made via original payment method.

g) Arcanatura will not be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong product(s); all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.

h) If a package arrives damaged, the customer is advised to refuse the package. If the customer keeps the package, they should notate the damage when signing for it so that Arcanatura may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product was damaged.

Exchanges: Arcanatura may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with Arcanatura’s exchange policies in effect on the date of the exchange.

For orders placed on Arcanatura.com, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa, Paypal, and GoogleCheckout. Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe.  Your payment is processed via 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, to protect your payment information. You will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided.

All orders can be made online through our store with accepted credit cards, Paypal, or Google Checkout. 

An email will be sent via the email address provided upon purchase of product. An order number will be provided at checkout. Tracking numbers will be emailed out upon shipment of your order. You can view your order on your My Order page. 

To change/update/add account information, please log in to your account with your current email and password

To update your email address, sign in using your old email address and once you have accessed your profile, simply click edit next to the words "Contact Information," now delete your email address listed in the <Email Address> field. You may then type in your new email address. Once you have updated the necessary information, please click on the <Save> button.

To update your password, sign in using your email address and current password and once you have accessed your profile, simply click edit next to the words "Contact Information." Then check the box that says change password." You may then type in your new password. Please make sure you enter your new password in both fields. Once you have updated the necessary information, please click on the <Update Profile> button. Your password is case sensitive.
